Types of glass:

Production of plain float glass:

This glass is completely transparent and colorless so that it can transmit light to a large extent. This feature has made plain float glass one of the most popular and widely used glass used in buildings and many other industries.

Production of colored float glass:

These glasses are produced by adding the desired color to the batch of raw materials. The colors used for colored glasses are bronze, smoky, green and blue. The light transmission rate in colored glass is lower than that of plain glass, and this rate depends on the type of color and the thickness of the glass.

Reflective glass production:
It is produced by depositing one or two layers of silver on the surface of the glass using the Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering method. This type of glass is produced in various and beautiful colors and with specific applications, including energy consumption control. Due to its reflective surface, reflex glass is able to reflect a significant portion of sunlight radiation and affects the amount of control over the flow of light and energy into the building.

Patterned glass:
This type of glass is glass with special designs, which are formed on them by special rollers along the production line. Due to the presence of these designs on the glass, unlike plain glass, the other side of the glass is not easily visible. They are considered very suitable glasses for creating private spaces in buildings.

Production of tempered glass:
To make this type of glass more resistant to external impacts and breakage, the glass is tempered. In this method, after being produced and cut to the size requested by the customer, the glass is heated again in a special tempering furnace until its temperature rises to about 700 degrees Celsius. Then, ambient air is blown at high pressure and speed onto the heated glass to cool it immediately. After completing the steps, the tempered glass produced will be 7 times more resistant to impacts and breakage.
This type of glass is used in building facades (single-pane or double-pane), shop windows, side and rear windows of cars, and places where there is a possibility of breakage and danger to humans.
