Production, supply, export of all types of billet ingots with technical specifications and laboratory analysis
What is CCM export billet?
Steel billet or BILLET is the primary raw material for the production of steel sections. Billet ingots are produced during the casting process, and are often obtained from melting scrap iron. Special molds are used to produce steel ingots, and iron ingots are among the products used to produce rebar, wire rod, or other steel sections.

Types of export billet
Types of iron ingots:
3sp: This ingot is one of the most widely used grades of ingots, part of which consists of alloy (3SP Steel Grade). This ingot has more flexibility than other grades and its most common ingredients are carbon and silicon.
4sp: These types of ingots have high strength, flexibility, corrosion resistance and high mechanical processing capabilities.
5sp: More carbon is used to produce this type of iron ingot, but it does not have much heat treatment capabilities. And because it has a carbon content of 28 to 37 percent, it is used to produce rebar up to size 25. The shape of this grade of ingot is square.Features of exported iron ingot (Billet)
